If your goal is to grow your fish up super fast then that might be good, but 24 super worms a day seems like a lot to me, so maybe cut it down a bit.
Although a word of caution, your fish will develop a lot nicer if you allow for slow growth and suppliment it's diet with lots of color enhancing food. Although I do feed super worms quite often, they more of a snack then a meal. Most of my arowana are fed a mixture of krill, blood worms, color enhancing pellets, massivore pellets, market shrimp, on a regular basis. These foods help enhance red and gold coloring, and I have found quite the difference once I started feeding my fish this way.
Good Luck,
Justin Morash
Also, live supers are fine, they are a bit bigger so fish have to chomp on them a bit, they usually get crushed in the fish mouth before they swallow.
