Default Ropefish/Reedfish growth rate???

I got 9 ropefishes and they are about 10"-12". I was wondring how fast do they grow and what is the maximum size in captivity? I have them for almost a year now and they never seem to grow at all.

Largest ropefish i have heard of in captivity is around 18" if i remember correctly... they'll get long but wont put on much girth.

and 9 ropefish!! must be a sight! Do they tangle up in each other?

They are always under the drift wood. They all look great at feeding time. They always do a death roll when the two rope are grabbing the same food. One time they were 3 of them grabbing at the same food and the death role was crazy. I would like to see my endli and my other bichirs to do a death role too. But I've only seen my ropes and my sene do the death role.
