Hey, Currently im using 75% ro/di water to fill my tanks, and 25 percent tap water left out for 48 hours. Im looking to know if everyone is using RO or if there is an alternative that may keep my bills down a little and my rays still happy. Thanks.

Thought I would post up some pics of a new pond i'm working on. It measures 8ftx6ftx4ft high. Internal water volume is around 1050 gallons. It was constructed of 3/4 inch plywood and 4x4s. The number of 4x4s was not needed for structural integrity, but a deck is being built around the pond...

Anyone have any ideas of what i can use for a substrate in my new pond. Its 1100 gallons with a black liner so i wanted something lighter in colour for the bottom and not too pricy. I have used sand in the past, but i wasn't happy with it because with the rays always kicking it up my water...

Hey guys, my custom 180 broke and i have my rays sitting in a friends tank while i search for a new one. Obviosly looking for something with max surface area, even a large rectangular pond will do as long as i can put it inside. Let me know if you have anything.
