Indo Dragon web site is starting to sell arowana scanner.

I might plan to get a smaller scanner and the minimum order is 5. Please PM me if you guys are interested.

If I can find a demand for 4 more smaller scanners, the cost should be around USD $500 each. If you are not located in Toronto, please add shipping cost.

I tried to "edit" my post but was a bit late.

The USD$500 is a landed price in Toronto. If it is required to re-ship within Canada, buyers need to pay for Canada Post shipping cost.

Hendri just e-mailed me about the scanner:


"It reads mostly arowana farms microchip from 10-15 digits.

But remember fish must anesthesize before scanning. Cannot just scan from outside aquarium. The range (for smaller scanner) is about 4 - 6 cm and (for larger scanner) is about 10 - 15cm, depends on microchip type."

Updates: I did not have time to follow-up this issue.

The final landed price (to Toronto) is CAD$520 for the smaller size Indo Dragon scanner from Hendri.
