Are You keeping a “Manufacturing Defect” Aro?
If your answer is YES, then you are a victim of commercial exploitation.
According to the regulation, Singapore AVA requires Spore aro farm to issue a “Certificate of Warranty” and not a “Certificate of Identity”. Hence, the certificate which one received when purchasing an aro, is not a birth certificate which many hobbyist thought it to be.
The farm must warrant the quality of the aro specified on the certificate. If the aro does not grow and turn out to be what it had been specified, it is a “Manufacturing Defect”. The hobbyist has the right to send back the aro to the farm for “Refund or Exchange!” (Inherit defects of aro cant be repaired) Or Sue the farm. For example, a specified blue base aro become a gold base aro; a golden head xb become a “dark head” aro; a RTG instead of a XB; a Tungyen instead of a pure XB ; yellow tail instead of a red. The list goes on.
It is important for hobbyist to know your right ; being responsible and a wise keeper of your hard earned money. Do not be a gullible consumer! Be wise and choose an ethical product ... by an ethical company.
