hello and help on new build......

HI everyone.... been reading up a bit on freshwater and have finally decided to take the plunge. Iam in dunnville ontario. so far have a 400gallon reef tank and an 800 gallon fowlr both obviously saltwater. New tank i picked up for a private dining room is 1800 gallon and i plan on using it for freshwater. Would like a couple bd rays tons of colored smaller fish( possibly cichlids) a fly river pnt, cross river puffer, albino sturgeon,some nice rare plecos.... need some advice on what will work here. thanks so much

also wondering if i can fit an arowana or two into the mix?????

as for water change frequency, type of water.... RODI or just filtered. Best amount of flow ect.... also lighting looking to get led.
