do you feed your aro until its full?

Do you feed until it won't eat anymore, or do you stop feeding it first, leaving it a bit hungry still..

Leave your aro a bit hungry, so that it still swims around the tank thinking there is still food.

i feed about 75% for my red aro. i leave him a bit hungry. rtg i dont really care lol. i think if i feed the red too much, the colour wont catch up to size. i see a lot of red aros out there that is very bulky but lack the colour. so far so good with my chilli.

i also dont feed any of my fish 1 day of the week. just so there is a small rest period.

yeah basically only feed aro untill it stops eatting when "pumping him"
otherwise good to keep in active and wanting more..

aros seam to feed more when they are in a Com/groups

also reds seam to feed a lot better than gold aros

i throw in about 100 x super worms per feed daily for 5 x 18inch aros they would eat more

any worms that are missed get eatern by my rays and tigrinus cat fast so there are never any food left over

I never feed him to the point of stopping eating, but I only feed 4 times a week so I feed pretty well. I have to get food down to the bichirs. The NTT and the aro are at the top so they get first pick all the time.
