selling this sump as i sold my tank.
i am selling the sump plus media plus all the flex pipes, for only $550, because media alone i've paid over $600 for, it may not look much in the picture, but those 4 bags of eheim cermetric balls and rings will fill up 6 fluval fx5 filters to full. not to mention the bio balls, and bio barrels and all the scrubbers.
just the flex pipes alone cost me $150+, for your references, you can check them out at home depot to confirm the price.
i'm sure people on this forum already knows about the price of media and sump it self costs.

this is why this sump handles more then the regular traditional sump read below.
this sump is inspired by bacteria shower concept, that is used in koi and arowana farms
instead of the traditional left to right sump filtering, this one goes up to down then left to right, which maxiumize filter efficiency and space.
while water passes through media, heat is generated, thus enhancing bacteria growth through wet / dry medias.
in koi farms, you can see their bacteria filtration system is stacked up like a tower with water pumping through the media, same concept applies to this sump.
