Update Finally found what i was looking for. Hope the pic works. Since she's been in the tank the males claspers have been growing like crazy.

Ended up using a sheet of 1/4" plexi that i got from Home Depot for the baffles. it cost me about 100$ and i had just enough, with a little left over. The return assembly that comes with the tank has llc-line fittings for the output nozzles, and i ended up purchasing two circle flow nozzle kits...
