Ya I would be good. As I think it's harder for rays to breed in B.C. water.

For a little while now my male marble has been showing more interest in my female marble motoro. He keep swimming around her and today I saw some nipping marks on her disk. Maybe they will breed? I will keep an eye on them.:)

Not to much. Captive breed IMO do better in the aquarium. There is also a price difference usually. You have to qt the wild ray first IMO so there are no diseases in/on the ray.

To add on, you should, if you can buy a stingray from somones tank and not from a store or from an online site. Some reasons for this is the stingray being in a tank already is adjusted to being kept in an aquarium and it's not stressed from shipping or being stressed at the LFS. Plus an...

I've also seen this pic on mfk. I believe it was a picture taken in the mid 90's so who knows where those fish are. The guy (I forget his name) who owned these fish also had a tank with like 12 fly river turtles in it.

The picture you posted above for one is almost record size. They don't even get that big in the wild usually. And have you ever seen a gar over 3 feet in the home aquarium? I bet not. Due to most people buying their gars from farms the gars will be smaller b/c they were raised in captivity and...
