Try filling a bucket with water for a day and then test the bucket to see if the ph is the same as your tank or as the tap, that way you will know if the problem is with your tank or your supply company.

Do they lower the ph of the water from the supply company? Depending where you live the water could gas off once in your tank causing the ph to rise.

I buy with shell on and remove the shell. I also buy the shrimp in the frozen blocks. The reason for this is the shrimps texture is changed when frozen out of the shell and I find rays will adapt or start eating shrimp sooner when the texture is better.

She does look huge. Is your time frame on. Usually none of my males will try to breed my female until a few days before birth. If your time frame is on you should maybe seperate the male so she isn't too stressed and aborts the pups. It looks like she is taking alot of damage.

The leos I think are around 3 years and the henlie male and pearl are around 4 years. I'm getting old because I can`t remember for sure. They look great and congrats. I may have to look at buying one if you sell.

Thanks Mike, the darker one looked like the other two when it was smaller. It is definitely the mostr dominant of the 3 and therefore has gotten all the food.
