Chen I would get fresh mussels and clams cook them in boiling water just till the shells open toss the ones that did not open bag and freeze in small batches

Update of rays I few new pictures of my rays I got from Cirrus (Theo). I have lots more pictures but they are all too big, I have email them to myself to get the sizing down. Any ideas to make it easier to post pictures?

I feed my rays salmon (need to be fresh and firm) I fillet , skin it then dice it small with a sharp knife. I just make sure they are hungry so eat quickly so it does not make to much of a mess.
