4 months since arrival (spring order). Grew a little bigger and thicker. Feeding mainly pellets. A 24k but has a beautiful blue base.

Big transformation from just 2 months since arrival. Personally, I like this look better than the washed out white tank treatment look (less shine but gold is more defined).

One month since the spring order/arrival in March. Quick update. Gold color is deepening, starting to eat more, and not as shy. Missing scales are growing back nicely (due to fighting with other arowanas in the pond). Perhaps a few more months before the shine catches up. Diet consists of...

Extremely sad news. I also met Earl in the "good old days" and have become quite close. Often chatting about fish and recently fishing. Still can't believe he's left us. May he RIP.

Theo nice bds. I've kept albino gibbs with rays before and it was fine. Although be careful as some plecos can get nasty and can kill rays. Make sure that pleco is well fed!
