Not discouraging you or anything, but the plecos I got from Spencer a few weeks ago brought in some desease and killed all my 8 discus. It was such a waste they were 5"-6" inch high quality discus from Forrest (singapore). Partly blame myself for not quarantining them plecos knowing that they were wild caught. We've been advice several times by some members of the aquarium society in my area about the fishes from spencer bringing in desease, (many have the same experience, all tank fishes dead) but I guess you really won't realise it till you've been HIT yourself. My advise is to quarantine your new fishes BIG TIME before putting them with your other fishes. I'm closely monitoring my arowanas now because I'm using centralised water system with the discus tank. Hopefully they're not infected.
