Australian lungfish

I came across an article today about the "oldest" aquarium fish in the world, an Australian lungfish at the Steinhart Aquarium in San Francisco. Apparently the fish is over 90 years old and is called Methuselah. There was an older Australian lungfish at the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago that died over age 100.

You can see the San Francisco article here: https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2022/jan/26/methuselah-oldest-aquarium-fish-lives-san-francisco

I have imported a couple dozen AUL to Canada over the years. I kept one for about 4 years before selling it to someone in Toronto. Here are a couple videos of Australian lungfish I have imported and owned.

I've looked into doing an import of Australian lungfish again, and the landed price would work out to about $2,000-2,500 for everyone in a group order. Minimum order of 6 fish. They arrive at about 6 inches in size. Contact [email protected] if interested.
