Keeping and Gut loading SW's

Whats the best way to keep superworms and gut load them? I've got a container of superworms which I've been trying to gutload and any time I throw massivore or aro sticks in with them they don't seem to eat. I've got them in a tupperware container with bran as a substraight.

Carrots are safe. Carotine would be desirable for colour development. Same with other veggies. Nothing that is wet though.

i throw in carrot peeling, celery/brocolli stubs, leftover lettuce and varous fish pellets..

i find they eat the pellets a lot more readily if you moisten them first..

I saw one aro farmer use Hikari Koi food to gut load his Superworms.

Both, but in the end that's good for the fish. The vitamins and minerals are more valuable than the fiber, lol.

Hamster food pellets and carrot mixed up seems to be really good.
