is that someone would decide to remove all flowerhorn's teeth. As a result, it turns out that the flowerhorn's aggressiveness decreased significantly.

Have you guys heard of it? :(:(:(

Well, I heard removing the flowerhorn's head works too! :D

Seiously though, I have never seen the two fish together in one tank. Anybody out there have a photo they could post?

I've heard of ppl knocking out the FH and filing down their teeth ( I'm guessing it's to minimize the damage in a breeding set up)

I had a FH with my aro, only because I had no other tank to put it in, they were fine but i guess each case would be different. They are no longer together
but I've seen it on Youtube before

This one is even tougher. Male adult flowerhorn and another male adult flowerhorn in a tank without a divider.

I have seen FH together in one HUGE tank. It was in YouTube and it was by MFK people. I guess if they have enough space it would be ok. The key i guess is to have lots of tankmates to divert attention/agression towards each other?

Photo is coming from a hobbyist living in Macau. I asked him the setup of this tank. He told me that this is a 5 feet tank and having no other tankmates in it!!!

This is what I meant by removing flowerhorn teeth.

This book also shows what kind of tankmates can mix with arowanas.

Enjoy!!!!

Seems pretty extreme to go to those lengths just to house FH with aro

I think they should be housed seperatly anyways. Aro is the star of the tank, not the FH. FH can star in its own tank
