PIMPLES ON ARO FACE - NEED HELP PL.

HELLO,
MY RED ARO IS 16 INCHES LIVES IN A 195 G TANK LAST 2 WEEKS I SEE SOME PIMPLES LIKE BUMP ON HIS FACE.
TRYING TO WATER CHANGE ONCE IN 3 DAYS 25% SINCE THEN. I FEED HIM HIKARI PELLETS AND MP ONLY NOTHING ELSE.
BEFORE THIS ISSUE I USED TO DO 30% WATER CHANGE 7-10 DAYS.
TANKMATES - 2, 8 INCH PARROTS / 1, 10 INCH DAT. THEY R FINE EATING WELL.
HE DOESNT EAT FOR LAST 2 WEEKS. SOME TIME HE USEDTO HUNGAR STRIKE FOR A WEEK. NOT THIS LONG

WATER CONDITION
GH - 180
KH -- 240
PH -- 7
NO2 -- 0
NO3 -- 0
TEMP. BEFORE 80 NOW RAISED IT TO 82 LAST 2 DAYS

PLS IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM AND HELP ME TO CURE HIM.

still the same, bit improvement on the diet.
keep on changing the water and adding salt.

I read a book saying something similar to this situation. The book only suggested to raise the temp by 2 - 3 degree C.

On top of that, I personally would suggest to clean-up the media a bit.

See how it will go.

this post was long ago, but i think my aro may be going through the same thing right now...i just noticed a slight puffy bump below his right eye...

i did a wc n added salt...hope its not anything major...

I would quartine the aro only into a single tank, i.e. 75 gallon, increase the temperature to 82 degree and cover all side with paper and hopes it recovers. It is bacteria infection.
it will take time to heal.
