Sorry for your LOST!!!. The Tig need very good water quality. I guess your water quality has a spike and cause your tig to die thus the holes on the fin and it's belly. Tig lives best on it's own without tank mates.

I would quartine the aro only into a single tank, i.e. 75 gallon, increase the temperature to 82 degree and cover all side with paper and hopes it recovers. It is bacteria infection. it will take time to heal. Good Luck! I seem this on a Jardine once....
