This tank was made for under $800 by the way.... including the entire tank/stand/background. I saved a bunch of money on the glass. I used 2 old tanks and took them apart to build this one tank.

Thats good news then. Now all you need to do it get a good router, and a double flute, carbide tipped bit for it. 1/4" works well for both cutting and preparing edges. Take your time.
