    looking for microchip scanner

Got an appt with a vet on monday. She'll do it free of charge. The clinic happens to be the clinic that handles all the herps in Winnipeg and she's curious to add an arowana to her list. I think that's neat. :)

    looking for microchip scanner

I could get a cheapie but I've been told that they are often upgraded and if I got an older one, it might not work on a newer chip. I'm going to check with local vets before deciding to buy one.

    looking for microchip scanner

Thanks for the info, guys. I'll need to check out the local vets. I'm sure one in this town has one. And the farm replied within a few hours that the cert is indeed valid as is the chip #. Now I really need to find a scanner. :p

    looking for microchip scanner

A styro box, rain gutter, there are several ways to do this but the ceiling is simply too far away form...

    Aquatic Photography ... Advise please

It's time to go manual! Yay! Your camera has good ISO performance. You have a couple of choices. One is to invest in a remote flash and trigger and the other is to shoot without flash at all. Now shooting with a remote flash from above the tank is the cat's meow. It allows you to...

What settings did you use for those pics? Were you in one of the auto modes?

    NB question

The L110 is a decent entry level camera, but it's hogtied when it comes to aquarium photography because it has no manual settings whatsoever. What I can suggest is trying different scene modes to see if any work for fish. Usually the sports mode is the best choice due to higher shutter speeds...
