I have also heard about Arowanas tail dropping under great stress, a bit like lizards. But usually, it is XBs. Anyways, wish it a quick recovery. Apart from its tail, it looks great with good potential.

I bought some 12''x12'' tiles. But they were really 11.75''x11.75". I have a 6'x2'x2' standard tank and I didn't have to cut anything for the length. But I had to cut about an inch on the tiles for the width. I just tried to squeeze them as much as possible, no filling what so ever.

Just finished it. We'll see how the water reacts...

I am know sure if this thread fits in here... But anybody want to share their experience with "decorating" the bottom of their tank with ceramic tiles. I personally really like the look of it. Thank's for your inputs.

It is PLJ. When people say to pump the fish up to help the PLJ, it is not really to cure the PLJ, but rather because the PLJ is less noticeable on a fat fish. I find that PLJ looks less disturbing (:rolleyes:) on a spoonhead fish. There is a guy on AF.com that does fish cosmetics, Ark I...

Nice color and dark stripes on that big guy. The ST is a lot bigger than your Red, just be careful, you know that when ST whacks their mouth sucks like hell. You don't want to wake up one day finding an eye missing on that nice Red. Maybe you should try him with your RTG...
