    Panda XB Golden

Actually from the video you can see that it does have some pearlies coming along. You can also see that the scales shine reach the 5th row and starting to get on the 6th. I assume this guy is in a black tank?

    Panda XB Golden

Please don't feel offended. But that is what I thought at first also. When a Gold (XB or RTG) is that small, people looking for an XB go for the level of crossing and the shine of the pearlies. In your case, color tone can not really be judged, since the fish is rather young and small. But...

    Spray Bar

I have always put them under the water surface. I find it way too noisy when the outlet is out of the water. I believe having the outlet out of the water helps oxygenate, but if you already have a good air pump, I assume it would be fine.

    HEATERS!!!!!

Most, at least most reputable, aquarium heaters are submersible. Some, even though they are, won't say submersible because they won't pay the CSA testing.

    drop eye

I believe that ALL arowanas in a tank get DE at some point. And when people say thei "entire life", how long is their entire life? Fishes are like us, they get old, and their muscles, in this case the muscles holding their eyes straight, are gonna get loose. I don't think somebody is gonna...

    My baby Panda Red

I see no DE at this point. He seems, at least from the pictures, to be the what I call deep-eyes type. His eyes are not "protruding" that much from his head, and those types tend to not get DE, at least not when they are still young. I am no way an expert, but here's what I think. Some...
