Apparently Black Bars come out of Bolivia and getting fish out of there is incredibly hard. I haven't seen any small BB's in about 5 years and anything available has been around for awhile

Where are you from? I would stay away from "tea cups". They are usually reticulatus and can be quite tricky to get eating.
