A buddy of mine is moving over seas shortly so I am helping him sell his breeding group of wild caught Kapampa Frontosa. I don't know too much about the history of these fish other than he had them brought into Canada from the states years ago. They are a very established group composed of 4 males and 4 females.
I saw these in person today. They are perfect fish, massive too, hard to tell exactly how big because of the size of the tank, but I know the big males from his other groups (that a friend of mine bought) were upwards to 16".
He wont split up the group, they came as a whole and he'll sell them as a whole. As fresh wild caughts I know he spent well over $1200 for the whole group, he's asking $800 though. He will also throw in a couple of the babies, plus 2 synodontis petricola and 6 synodontis multipunctatus to sweeten the deal.
It's an insane deal, people would be crazy passing this up. I want them really bad but I am focusing on other things at the moment.
I will personally ship the fish anywheres in Canada. I am located in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
