lol. yes all 1000 are alive... you have to feed them. feed them with a variety of things and aro will get its nutrients from it

for 1 aro.. SW is not that costly... ppl are selling them for $25-35 for 1000 which will take a small aro an eternity to finish

yea i read about that too.... lost a lot of tigers including big ST... well i guess thats another downside to havin gravel.. it acts as a filtration if your gravel is thick enough though and if your keepin aro's and stingrayrs.. stingrays love gravel..

$3000 is not high quality aro... if u want RED. those will easily cost over 10k

its personal choice... if you have barebottom then it looks more plain. if you have gravel it looks better/ more natural but can be more messy. if you have gravel on the bottom then aro can't see its reflection.. some ppl say if aro can see its reflection on bottom it CAN lead to drop eye.

people always want what they can't have........ lfs aren't going to bring in high quality fish if people aren't going to pay up for it... high quality = high price..

there's too much hype from RTG from unknown farm???:confused: which farm are u refering to? if you're talkin about the shipment dragon got in, its from dinamika one of the largest breeders of asian aros.. and they've been around longer than many other farms including panda.

yea that one there... and in my growout tank small aro is only 5" while the ST they have is 7" if johnny can work me out a good deal i might grab one ....:)

i saw them at gold ocean .. they only had two there.. ithought about putting it in a grow out tank however i have an small aro there i dont' want that to be an expensive feeder.. lol the STs that i am lookin for sadly is not for sale. some other hobbyist decided not to sell it

yd i went to couple lfs to look for some fish to add with my rtg and to my suprise i saw STs... didn't get a chance to ask how much he was selling them for. do you guys think its advisable to put an 18" rtg with 4-5" ST?
