    Best way to drain an Autodrip system?

    I'm no plumber, but not sure if sewer gases would be a problem. My tank is in a similar situation, but I have the drain running from the upstairs washroom down beside my tank, not sure if I want to tap into that stinky pipe. Please keep us updated as to what you figured out.

    How did you set up your AGED WATER??? Wc without 5 gal pails???

    Just think if you had to change water 2 x week on your 300 gallons with a 5 gallon pail, man you will have some big pipes! Honestly, after seeing Scott's setup, the drip systems is the way to go! But with the basement finished, I wasn't going to tear apart the basement for this DYI project...

    Water change

    I know what I am missing, time.... I wish I would have visited Scott setup before I setup mine system. Next time or next house it will be a drip system. I use Seachem Safe, WC x 2/week @ 130 - 150 gallons with aged water at 80 F.
