Here is what I have now besides my Aro.....

here's another update...almost 2 months....My aro went on a 1 week hunger strike, but It looks like it continues to grow fast.....here are some pics.... view from top....you could see his bulk....

thanks for the advice T1KARMANN....I gave him 2 SW tonight and he ate it....my tank temp is pretty high as my apartment building is pretty hot even in winter and my heater unplug my water temp on my tank is 31C about 88 F, but I do have a lot of airation and surface flow for oxygen....

Just got some SW today, but my Aro wasn't interested on it, I'm guessing that this Aro have never tasted SW so I put some MP and my Aro gladly took it, I only fed 1 piece of MP today maybe he'll get more hungrier and beg for more....I've got one fussy Aro....Does anybody here have a young aro...

Yah at first I thought about doing it, but doesn't really make sense to me...My aro seems to be getting more confident now and not so skittish anymore, but appetite has gone down and weird...one day it will eat good next day don't feel like eating....I'm going to get some MW or SW today to see...

Can you keep these worm anywhere or do they need other equipments and stuff??? and do they smell???

PJ's and petsmart...might be a little cheaper, but not as good price as those....BTW do they sell them alive??? and how do you keep that 1000 worms from dying within a month or two....

where do you buy them at this price cause I see some lfs selling like 25 piece for $10.... Anyways my Aro's appetite seems to improve a little, still won't touch pellets but ate more MP and more willing to take them now, not like before where it would completely ignore it....

my tank is sitting up high as I made my own stand and it's 33" high....he seems to be okay now and I've added some tinfoil barbs to the mix, but he hasn't shown any agression towards them....I'm thinking of trying to feed him some SW or MW, but I don't want my Aro to get hooked on them cause...

My tank is in the living room where everything is located and where everyone is since it's an apartment...... The light is on the top middle part of the glasstop..... Water quality is good...0 ammonia, 0 nitrites, nitrates 40 ppm...Weekly 20% WC..

I would do the same thing...I had a jardini and I find it even at 3" super agrresive already....I got a Red tail Gold Arowana and I'm much happier...BTW ST stands for Siamese tiger fish or datnoids.....

thanks for the response.....right now he's in a 75 gallon tank which is 21" high, I'm looking into getting a 422 this summer and a 622 when I get my house hopefully within a year might be two(who knows)....I think the best way to do this is to get the 422 first get the aro to be settled then get...
