    I would recommend a 50Gl minimum, with drip tray that holds the filter floss, and a the bio-ball chamber (or use pot scrubbers from dollar store). Also here is a DYI example of what some do http://www.cichlid-forum.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=102612 I used similar idea on a 55gl plastic barrel
