Ok, this is a big one 
Spencer Jack is, along with Joey Mullen (aka DIY King and a one time active moderator/poster on this site) a premier aquarium celebrity in Canada. For those in the freshwater scene wanting hard to get wild caught fish from South America or elsewhere, Spencer Jack has long been a go-to source. I have personally bought many fish from him over the years and can attest to his knowledge and professionalism. Unfortunately Spencer was at a dog show (I did not know he was into dogs) on the day I showed up. I have no idea when or if I will be in Winnipeg again, but maybe our paths will cross elsewhere. I kind of have a feeling they will.
