Battery powered gravel vacuum

Has anyone tried those battery powered vacuums sold at Big Als? They have sponges etc. inside and clean up waste and dirt from the bottom and then the cleaned water comes out the other side back into the tank. They look like they would be good to clean up the bottom a bit in between water changes. Just wondering how good they are before I buy one.

Tired it....just crap...brittle plastic broke quick....batteries don't last, works like crap!
That about sums up all the pros...LOL

Cons are....IT SUCKS

i have the cheap ones n a eheim one, i like both of them only thing that i didn't like the cheap one is that they do break really fast n after awhile the bag that catches the waste sometimes fall off , as for the batteries the cheap kind uses 2C battery which cost a bit and the ehiem used 4AA batteries and the ehiem one power last long but the ehiem cost around 3 time as much to buy


i would recommend them, makes cleaning a LOT easier
