BBXB lighting?

Hi, I have tried searching but most info are regarding lighting for reds. So what do people prefer for a BBXB? T5,T8, full spectrum, any colour? Thanks again for any help provided.

T5 or T8 are both fine. Just go with white lighting to make your gold look the best.

I don't think you need anything too strong. Most people I know just use regular shop lights T12's for the golds.
