I'm considering selling the two azuls. They are getting too big too quick and I'm worried they will eventually be a threat to some of the other fish in the tank. They are not at all aggressive, but they will swallow anything that will fit in their mouth.
They are pretty much in perfect condition, however one of them has a slight defect. A bit of his gill hangs out the bottom. It's not noticable unless he's got food in his mouth. I'm assuming theses azuls were hook caught and when the hook was taken out the gill got damaged slightly. It doesn't seem to bother him. It's simple esthetic, and only noticable at the right time.
Anyways these two are nearing a foot. Feeding on scallops, shrimp, krill and finally got them taking pellets.
I will take $400 obo for the two of them. I wont split them up, I don't want to get stuck with one. I will deliver just about anywhere in the Maritimes, but I might have to charge a bit for gas. Also I will be coming to Montreal on the 14th of May if someone wants to meet me when I get there. From there, I may be able to deliver them to South Western Ontario. I will be in Guelph some point in the next couple months so I can always bring them with me.
I may decide to ship them, but I'm going to milk all other possibilities first because cichla this size don't ship well.
