Declaration with Canadian Gov

Hi, has anyone here order fish from the US? I'm in the process of buying from Mike at H20, but I will have to declare the fish in Toronto...have absolutely no Clue how to do that!....anyone here done that before? heard it's easy...but when you haven't done it before it's not easy! and i guess we would have to pay for the GST when we pick up too right?
