I've heard and i want to confirm, all aro's in tank will eventually get drop eye due to living in a tank all their life. True?

I have heard that silvers get drop eye and occasionally jardinis but I have never seen an asian with drop eye (not that I've seen all that many). I think it must be more rare for the asian aros to get drop eye.

Oh, I guess I got it wrong. I'll have to keep an eye on my HBRTG, though I don't think there is much I can do about it if it starts to happen. Surgery is out of the question.

but is it true almost ALL will get drop eye due to living in the tank all their lives, be it 10. 15. or 20 years eventually they will get it, is that true?

i agree.. just because they live in a tank their whole lives does not mean they will get drop eye.
it is all genetics in my opinion.

I believe that ALL arowanas in a tank get DE at some point. And when people say thei "entire life", how long is their entire life? Fishes are like us, they get old, and their muscles, in this case the muscles holding their eyes straight, are gonna get loose.

I don't think somebody is gonna post a 35 yo Arowana to prove me wrong...
