Oh there are people who can beat this guy. I've heard stories of breeding facilties twice that size... seen a few pictures too, wild stuff.
I've often considering throwing away my career and investing in a breeding centre like this (having a father who owns a civil engineering firm has it's pluses haha), but after talking to some big timers in the hobby I feel there just isn't the market for it in North America. Mike and Oliver have those monopolies.
