ok folks i have a question about heaters, i want to ask here n not the lfs, i recently got 2 fluval submersible heaters, thinking it was fully submersible, but it had a limit line. So my question is are all submersible heaters fully submersible or does it have to indicate "FULLY SUBMERSIBLE"?

Most, at least most reputable, aquarium heaters are submersible. Some, even though they are, won't say submersible because they won't pay the CSA testing.

Yup, same with Jager heaters. It's a loop in the system.

if u are unsure just go with a titanium heater.

well i was going to get the fluval heater anyone knows about these heaters? any suggestion on a good "fully" submersible heater? titanium, where are those sold?

buy online its cheap. or ask for it at your lfs
