I have 4 t5 lights on 2 10 000 n 1 red n 1 blue tube how come my fishes r always swimming on the bottom right corner and my golden head has lost 3 scales from jumping and hitting the glass sometime when spook what to do

Try switching out the red and blue for a midday, aqua flora. I had an issue with to much blue and red. when I would go near the tank depending on what I was wearing those lights would make my clothing glow, the xb and hbrtg were not fans of this when it happened. Best of luck I eventually settled on a 10k and Fiji purple for the first two on then a midday and aqua flora for the second two on a few hours later this seemed to really calm them down,
