There is one at aquapets in treatment right now with the same thing, but not as severe. I've seen it in person and was told that it seems as though there is air/water trapped in those pockets under the skin...
That is what people in asia do. Once they see something abnormal they continue breeding the fish, brand it with a name so they can get big money out of the abnormal fish. I hope aros won't become just like the goldfish.
