Looking to do an import

I have some people asking me to do an import of Asian arowana. I also know of some fish available for sale locally (Vancouver). Contact me if interested at [email protected]

Note - I can import stingrays and other special requests along with the Asiana arowana.

Some people have been asking me for video's of the fish I am importing this time around. I can show you some videos from the farm of their sample fish; the videos below are how your fish should turn out if you do a good and proper job raising them up :)

First up are a couple videos of Tong Yan, also called a Crossback Splendour

And here are some videos of the nice BBXB (blue base cross backs) on offer:

And here is a nice community tank of a few Asian arowana, showing you what is achievable with these fish...

Is there a discount on the shipping if there is a group import? When will your next import be? Im looking to get an arowana before Christmas this year.

Yes, that is how the group import works. The savings get passed on to the customer, which is why the prices I can offer are lower than you will find at retail.

This current order should be landing in about 6-7 weeks, possibly sooner depending on the CITES paperwork. Definitely before Chrstmas.

Email me at [email protected] for details.

I'm sure you will be happy with your fish Mike. :)

Everyone else out there who is still thinking about getting one, this would be the time to let me know. I only have a couple left available for sale in this order. First come, first served.

Wire payment tomorrow, fish should land in about 6 weeks.

Due to a mislabelling of the address the CITES papers were not delivered by Canada Post. I now have them on order by FEDEX. I should have them within next 24-72 hours. I want to arrange the shipment of these fish as soon as possible. I'll be sending out emails shortly.

I should know in next 24-48 hours which day the fish arrive in Vancouver. I know many people have special requests as to when I can trans-ship. I'll be in touch with everyone by email.

I've sent out the emails. I am busy making the air bookings now, expect more emails with the air way bill #'s, etc...

Boom! Its done!! :)

Now I keep my fingers crossed that the many dozens of Asian arowana currently being shipped across Canada are all doing well!!

I've attached a few photos from earlier today. It was the first time I was able to break down a cargo container right next to my van. Some interesting guys importing live rats (??) and live lobsters. I've included a photo of one little aro peeking out of a bag :) I've also included a video of a Tong Yan in a customers tank. The fish is already eating :) In fact, I've heard from other customers who got their fish tonight that their fish are also eating. That is always a good sign.

I've uploaded a photo of a nice Merlion Ultimate Red imported from Dreamfish for a client a few years ago too. Same owner as the Tong Yan, so it will be interesting to see how that Tong Yan does over time.

In the coming days I am sure we'll get some more photos and videos posted here.

Cheers
