Lost scale again

My aro is gonna lose 2 more scales, they are raised, Should i start to worry or is it normal for an aro to lose scales???

No it's not normal. How often do you change your water and what kind of filtration are you using?

I change water once every 7-10 days, and my filtration is one FX5, and two eheim 2262(the big ones), in a 220 g, filled to about 180-190g

That is really weird. Is the aro acting normal (not skittish) and is he eating normal? If his appetite is good and he's swimming normal, the raised scales might only be from a bump somewhere in the tank and I wouldn't worry too much...
