Sure sounds like a DOCTOR to be in the making. If your willing to experiment and see how it's really done, then you are really on your way.
For my self, I will stick to the fin & gill trimming, Ill leave the eyes alone.
Just got to get the proper anestheasia on hand.

Actually I did some research, and found out that you can use a product found in most pharmacies: Clove Oil.

Reccommended dosage of 0.5ml per gallon of water. I did not try it yet, but will try it on cheaper fish later...
