ff gets beat up once in a while. nothing serious though. he was actually with the red for a bit. was beat quite severely so i transfered him back with his old mates. rtg and st. they treat the ff a lot better. lol
 
thanks for the kind words. those of you guys who have red aros, do you "tan" the aro? so far im never really home lol. so the aro doesnt see much lighting. what do you guys do to get the colour better?
 
I dont "tan" my red aro but do use a timer to make sure that it is getting regular lighting. If you are not home much then I wuld suggest a timer.
 
as of now hes with 3 clown loaches. around 5 inches each. looking for bigger loaches but very hard to find. id like to add a tigrinus soon though. ive seen pics of tigs that are around the 18 + range and they look awesome.
 
Yeah tigs are pretty cool, but from what i read are susceptible to sudden unexplained death syndrome... wonder if there would be enough interest for an order

True...

My Tig ate like crazy one day, then the next, dead. Not injured or ill. Nobody else in the tank had anything.

Tigs like to do sudden stuff. Tigs and women are related.
