view from above arowana vs arapaima

i know this is an arowana forum but i thought i'd might ask since arapaima is still in the arowana family
which one do you guys think would look better from above/pond super red arowana or a huge arapaima?

In my opinon I would go for a Red that is completely crossed and if not I completely crossed maybe I would go with the Arapaima. I still love the look of the Aro view from the top. It resembles a Dragon flying when the pectoral fins are spread out.

I'd take a big group of aros over an arapaima

But then again I've got no interest in arapaima because of their size

I personally feel that an Aro is best displayed and viewed from the side, to appreciate all its features. So, I don't really like the "pond view" of an aro. A little view from the top, from time to time, is fun. but I would not get a pond to put my aros in.

You must have a pond, hence a big house, to consider getting some arapaimas bro...
