Monitoring electricity usage and equating that with illegal marijuana growing is not a safe method as illustrated by the reports. In the UK they use heat seeking cameras from a chopper to see which property emits more heat than a normal household and sends ground based law enforcement officers to check these houses out. Many have bee caught out this way.
 
You don't know how mess up here in BC Canada. People just into politics so they can have a heavy retirement pension. We have lots of premier here resign because of stupidity. I really need to look for different province to move soon, had enough of this.
