i just got this guy a couple months ago for 15$ at my lfs this is my first time keeping flowerhorns so i have no idea what kind of flowerhorn this is, wondering what all of you experts out there think of my fh and can anyboy tell whether he's a male or female and does he have any kok...

yeah, my aro's about 10'' had him for about 3 months havent really grown much. having some trouble feeding this picky eater, any advice guys ?

carcrazy yep, best not to put a soft shell turtle with your aro. soft shell turtles are sold as feeders to aros here in tw. you probably wouldnt want to risk your aro or rays with it. you got any pics or vids of your tank?

carcrazy how big is your aro ? as long as your aro cant swallow him it should be fine. nope no signs of agression with my FRT, just a curious little guy nips on everything but as long as it's too fast for him to eat he'll just let em be.

my old red, and new blue base xback just recently got the xback. about 30cm+ very picky eater, my old red would eat just about anything i give it. sorry about the bad video quality filmed it with my phone. hope i havent hurt your eyes :p
