yeah but my 2 pumps are putting out alot of heat. i tried ice cubes but it only helps for a little while. my pumps are about 400w each. 1 is 1700gph and the other is 2000gph. I think i'm just going to buy an AC and install it to blow on the glass of my sump.

Heaters been off for a while now. its just my pumps are putting more heat in the tank than i thought. i just need something to cool it down by a few degree celcius. So my babies can feel more comfortable.

Do what i do. two pumps. one on back up power generator. if anything happens the generator kicks on right away. Also have a back up power pack for your air pump. that way you wont have to calculate the O2.

i've always been feeding my aros prawn. Color seems to be coming along nicely. Tried SW. the aros seems to love them but its dirty the water quite quick. smaller aros i give them shell of but when they get around 12 inch or more i give them shells on.

if its a used one at that price i think you should jump on the chance. like i said the starphire at that size and if the glass is 1" it would cost you 3000 for new one.

starphire front at that size would cost you about 3000 and for the build with that quality you're looking anywhere fron 8-10g once all is complete. thats just with basic metal stands. but if custom build canopy you better put away abou 13-15g.
