Hmmm. If she's around when I find a place and if that place is big enough for a big tank I probably will. If not, I'm happy for whoever gets her. I only had her a couple months but they are easily the coolest and one of the prettiest ray species.

Joey you have some fair sized rays. Nothing as big a that Henlei Tim had (or has). That Boesemani must be getting big now.

If you have a 900 for your red tail odds are it'll get up and over 3'. I've seen them as big as 4'. Just make sure your rays are huge, I've seen big pims swallow rays without problem (well until the stinger was an issue).

These guys are awesome. I used to have a breeding trio of them, definitely one of the more active driftwood cats. I got out of them when I decided to focus on my trachycorsytes. I just can't justify multiple tanks for similar looking fish. Good luck with the sale! JMorash

Wide bars have a wide bar. Significantly wider than the thin bars. They also have more red. But there are quite a few different localities that have different bars and coloring. The one from xingu has the widest bar and the most red, it also demands the highest price. Even different individuals...
