Agree, colour will come back 100% Have you tried feeding any talapia or raw shrimp ? (once or twice a week maximum, so as not to turn him off pellets/sticks) Looks good, in your 220g should be easy to get some size him.

Beautful community, nice red hook shoal. Do the large indos ever bother the arow ? I had to get rid of my ST (years ago) and IT (later) when they reached around one foot because of serious aggression towards my adult arow. Now I've grown out a NTT to 9" and so far so good.

I agree with Cirrus, maybe if you scaled back things you could get away with keeping the basics ? Don't mean to be telling you your bussiness, but I know how tramatic it is to have to sell after achieving ones dream tank. Best of luck with whatever you decide.

One of my six king kong parrots left eye litterly popped out. This afternoon I noticed he paled a bit, his eyes where ok, checked the others and they all looked good. This evening while taking pictures of my new albino adonis I noticed the pale parrots eye really popped out....in just a matter...

The situation has improved, the arowana is totally ignoring the albino adonis and I've stopped stressing. Camera's ready, just waiting for the sun to set.

The size on these guys is deceiving, mine has a total body lenght of 4.5" (measured) the rest being tail, and what a tail, the adonis is hanging out in the top rear corners of the tank, looking like a big f*#k!ng fishing lure lol. Every time the arow circles the tank he gives the albino the...

Mission accomplished, I am now the very happy owner of a stunning 8.5"+ Albino Albino. :) Thank you all for your support, will post pictures soon as possible.

I am looking to purchase an Albino Adonis large enough to be kept with my 22" red tail gold asian arowana. Can pick up in the GTA (greater toronto area) only. Unfortunately I have no predator free tanks to grow out a small one. Will consider anything 5" and up.

As a former owner, raised one to 20+" sounds pretty accurate to me. Perhaps someone more knowlegable can chime in. This is Arowanaclub after all.

My rtg was a 6-7" ugly duckling 4yrs+ ago, dark gray, no colour, no shine, I did not even know what V.I.P. meant. Now I have a beautiful swan of an arowana. Just get him on a variety of foods and he will not let you down.
