So did mine. UPS tried to deliver it three times (according to them) and when I finally got it (not Eric's fault, UPS could have left it with someone for me and they decided not to) there was no damage at all. Very well packed and quickly shipped (just slowly delivered to me out in the sticks). I would order again with no hesitation.

what types of bulbs t5, t8, t12 and, can i use 10K bulbs for tanning?

I am told this is T8. Not sure if you can replace a 10K bulb in it.
